Ok guys, I literally just found this out on my twitter because someone retweeted a video about it. [link] Link to video.

YouTube is officially closing down after an apparent eight year contest which i expect many people had no clue that it was happening. They will delete ALL video's from the website tonight, things that myself and many others have worked hard to do. It happens at midnight tonight. Then the website will be back on in 2023.

I do not know if this is a hoax for April fools or not, but personally I hope it isn't. I would physically break down if YouTube was to be closed, all videos deleted in the process.

Let's just hope this doesn't happen. Pray it doesn't happen guys.

And if some of you think this is a total joke, THINK ABOUT IT! We almost lost Deviantart last year. I don't want to lose youtube!!!!!
